Gowri Singh is a Director at IRCA Pvt. Ltd. with over 14 years of leadership experience and is the UI/UX Owner for IRCA’s Club Management CMS & ERP platform. As the Head of Design and Workflow Architecture, she drives the overall user experience, system usability, and process flows, ensuring the platform is intuitive, efficient, and user-centric.

With a strong background in visualization and design thinking, she plays a key role in translating complex operational requirements into simple, seamless digital experiences for clubs and large organizations.

Sharad Hegde has more than 37 years of experience in consulting, architecture and engineering of IT products. He was the first non-founder employee to join Infosys. He was chief architect for Bancs2000 and Finacle, which is the flagship core banking product from Infosys. He grew to be Senior Vice-President and CTO at Infosys.

C. S. Prasad (CSP) has more than 24 years of experience in consulting, architecture and engineering of IT products. He architected a payment gateway which handled B2C, B2B and P2P payments. This payment gateway has been architected with asynchronous server calls resulting in a very low total cost of ownership for the gateway.
